Seniors Day Trip to Gokul Farm with Snack and Chat

Community Foundation of North Western Sydney and India Club have co-sponsored the Seniors Day Trip and the Snack & Chat, organised by Indo Australia Sanatan Society. Breakfast & lunch are included. Please note that registration is mandatory for only $5, with no additional costs.

Important Information

• Meeting and drop-off point : Showground Metro Station, Castle Hill.
• Please arrive by 6:30 AM to enjoy tea, coffee & snacks and to be seated in the bus.
• The Bus will depart at 7:00 AM sharp.
• Drop off Time: 7:00 PM.

Event Terms & Conditions

• The age group is 60 years and above.
• No extra Cost; The Trip, Breakfast and the lunch included in the price.
• Ticket can be scanned over phone, but phone screen should be properly visible, else you have to bring printed ticket confirmation for scanning purposes.
• Tickets are non-refundable – Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are available.
• If an event is canceled/postponed, we will refund only the face value of the ticket and NOT the booking fee.
• Booking fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue due to misconduct or misbehavior, and no refunds will be provided.
• Organizers and their agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, thefts, losses, or costs during the event.
• By presenting this ticket, you authorize the organizers to utilize recordings of your appearance across all media platforms for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes, globally and indefinitely.
