Avant Theatre's STREE ARJUNA 2025

Originally staged in 2014 under the Avant Theatre Festival as STREE in both English and Tamil, the powerful story returns as STREE ARJUNA—a Tamil-only production centered on the legendary Arjuna from the Indian epic Mahabharata.

Following the infamous dice game, the Pandavas are exiled—spending 12 years in the forest and a 13th year living in disguise. STREE ARJUNA zooms in on this crucial 13th year, offering a deep and introspective look into Arjuna’s mind—his emotions, strategies, and vision as he prepares to reclaim what was lost.

The performance is in Tamil and runs for approximately 120 minutes with no intermission.
